Data Deletion

You can disconnect Gmail access and request deletion of TrackMe account data using the steps below.

1. Disconnect Gmail access

Sign in to TrackMe, open Dashboard → Gmail, and use the Disconnect Gmail action. TrackMe will delete the stored mailbox connection and will try to revoke the Google refresh token.

2. Revoke Google access from Google

You can also revoke TrackMe directly in your Google Account permissions settings. This stops future Google API access even if you do not sign back into TrackMe.

3. Request account data deletion

Email hi@trackme.email from the Google account you used with TrackMe and include “Data deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

4. What gets deleted

Deletion requests cover stored Google mailbox connection records, tracker metadata, billing-linked account identifiers stored by TrackMe, and related support records to the extent permitted by law and payment-provider obligations.
