This Privacy Policy explains how RSAngel collects, uses, and protects data when you use TrackMe.

TrackMe is an email tracking add-on and analytics service operated by RSAngel.

We may process account identifiers, authentication metadata, integration settings, tracker identifiers, tracker metadata, and event records (for example open and click timestamps).

When Gmail cleanup is connected, we also process the minimum mailbox data needed to identify sent messages that contain TrackMe beacons and to rewrite or remove those beacons.

To provide tracking and analytics features.

To maintain reliability, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

To improve product functionality and user experience.

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy may process payment method details, billing details, and transaction metadata as merchant of record.

TrackMe does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

When you connect Google services, TrackMe accesses data only within the OAuth scopes you grant.

For Gmail cleanup, TrackMe stores a Google refresh token on the server with server-side protection controls, including encrypted-at-rest storage in production, and uses Gmail API access only to inspect sent-message content needed to identify and sanitize TrackMe tracking pixels or related cleanup markers.

TrackMe does not use Google API data for advertising, does not sell Google API data, and does not use Google API data to train generalized AI or ML models.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Tracking events are best-effort and may be affected by email client behavior such as proxying, caching, or image blocking.

Event-level technical metadata can be incomplete or generalized due to external delivery infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information with infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate TrackMe, subject to contractual safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, users, and systems.

We retain data only as long as necessary for service operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security purposes, and billing records required by law or providers.

Google mailbox connection records remain stored until you disconnect Gmail, revoke access, request deletion, or we remove inactive integrations under our retention rules.

Retention periods may vary by data category and account state.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These safeguards include transport encryption, access controls, request logging, and protection of server-side integration secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on infrastructure and vendors, data may be processed in jurisdictions different from your own.

Where required, we apply safeguards for cross-border processing.

You can disconnect Gmail from the TrackMe dashboard and you can revoke OAuth access from your Google account settings.

You can request account deletion or data-related support by contacting us, and our deletion instructions are published at /data-deletion.

Where applicable law provides additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or objection), you may exercise them by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions take effect upon publication.

Continued use of TrackMe after updates means you accept the revised policy.
