By accessing or using TrackMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

These Terms apply to the TrackMe website, dashboard, Gmail integrations, API endpoints, and related components.

TrackMe is an email tracking add-on operated by RSAngel.

In these Terms, "TrackMe", "service", "we", "us", and "our" refer to RSAngel and the TrackMe product.

TrackMe is a digital software product for email tracking and analytics.

We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Plan differences include limits, watermark behavior, and analytics depth as shown on our website pricing section.

TrackMe is intended for professionals, teams, and businesses that need visibility into outbound email engagement.

Current pricing and plan features are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.

If pricing or plan features change, the new terms apply going forward and are communicated on the pricing page or at checkout.

Paid access to TrackMe Pro is sold as a subscription. Billing interval details are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You are responsible for keeping your billing details current and valid.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and may handle payment collection, applicable taxes, and payment compliance requirements.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation does not retroactively reverse already processed charges unless required by law or approved by us in a specific case.

Refund requests can be sent to hi@trackme.email and are reviewed case-by-case.

TrackMe provides tracking and analytics features for outgoing email, including open and click event reporting.

Some functions depend on third-party platforms (including Google APIs) and can change based on provider policies or technical limitations.

You are responsible for account credentials, OAuth access permissions, and all actions taken under your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate individuals or entities.

You must not use TrackMe for unlawful or abusive conduct, including phishing, harassment, spam, fraud, or attempts to compromise systems.

You are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction, including email, privacy, and data protection requirements.

Tracking events are best-effort and may be affected by client-side image blocking, proxying, caching, or other delivery behavior.

You are responsible for providing any legally required notices or consent regarding tracking technologies.

When connecting Google services, you authorize TrackMe to use the scopes you grant via OAuth.

Google-related functionality is also subject to Google Terms and Google API Services User Data Policy.

TrackMe processes service data to deliver features, monitor reliability, and protect against abuse.

Privacy and processing details are defined in our Privacy Policy.

TrackMe branding, software, and related content remain property of RSAngel or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.

TrackMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of uninterrupted operation or perfect event attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSAngel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

You may stop using TrackMe at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, security risk, or harmful usage patterns.

We may update these Terms. Updated versions take effect once published on this page.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
